By accessing or using the Cartaro platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Description of Service
Cartaro provides a multi-tenant e-commerce platform that enables merchants to create, manage, and operate online storefronts. Our services include storefront hosting, payment processing integration, shipping management, analytics, and related tools.
3. Account Registration
To use our services, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the service to sell prohibited items, engage in fraudulent activities, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
5. Payment & Billing
Subscription fees are billed according to your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.
6. Data & Privacy
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and technology provided by Cartaro remain our intellectual property. You retain ownership of the content you upload to your storefront.
8. Limitation of Liability
Cartaro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease and your data will be handled in accordance with our data retention policy.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Dubai, UAE.
