Stable links with controlled replacement
Refreshes keep the current URL stable. Explicit replacement validates a new artifact before activation, and the previous link can retire through a short overlap window.
Last successful data stays protected
A failed refresh does not replace the current artifact. Missing images, invalid prices, and provider-ineligible records are excluded with counts and reasons.
